Deposits are non-refundable.
You’ll get all the unedited pictures from your shoot within 24 to 48 hours via email or dropbox. Once you have selected your picture to be edited, email me your choices to me (4 digit numbers). Once your selection is submitted, I will begin editing your pictures from the time you have selected your pictures. The edited ones will be delivered to you 7-14 days after you send us which ones you want edited. Expedited Service (24-48 hours return time) is available. An additional fee is required for expedited service.
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure a date and time for your booking. The remainder is due on the day of your photoshoot/video shoot.
You can not request to have "all" the unedited RAW photos from your shoot for free. All Unedited High Resolution photos (.raw) or (.jpeg) can be requested for a fee.
PACKAGE A & B: All low resolution photos (jpeg) from shoot are sent via email or dropbox for you to choose the photos you would like to be edited. PACKAGE C & D: All low resolution photos (jpeg) from shoot are sent via email for you to choose the photos you would like to be edited. Pictures will be in a 2x2 PDF files.

No we do not provide hair & makeup. We can give you a list of hairstylist and makeup artist that we worked with. This will allow you to make your own decision. Essentially, you are responsible for your own hair and makeup.
We accept Cash, Cash app, Zelle. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks or PayPal.
If you’re late and your shoot time has already passed, you’ll lose your deposit and have to schedule a new shoot. If you’re late by a few minutes, your shoot will still go on as planned and end on the original scheduled time. You are allowed to buy more time if there are no shoots scheduled right after yours. For example, if you book a two hours shoot for 7:00pm and show up at 7:20pm, your shoot will still end at 9:00pm. You’ll be given a chance to buy more time if there are no other shoots scheduled right after yours.
You are allowed to reschedule twice for free. You must notify us at least 24 hours prior to your shoot. Failure to do so will result in losing your deposit fee. You’ll have to make a new deposit to book another shoot.
You can show up 15 minutes before your session start time.

We have a wide variety of backdrops. Please email us for a list of backdrops that are currently available.
All packages are for one person. Your friend can jump in your shoot. Email me us to ask about group packages.
